Dr. Courtney Barbie, Au.D.

Dr. Courtney Barbier is a native of Lafayette, LA. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology & Audiology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018 and then went on to receive her Doctorate in Audiology from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2022.

Prior to graduating, Dr. Barbier completed her fourth-year externship at ACI Hearing & Balance Center. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including ENT clinics and hospitals, where she provided comprehensive audiological care. Dr. Barbier is licensed by the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Louisiana Academy of Audiology.

Outside of work, Dr. Barbier enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching sports, and traveling.
